about drugs, alcohol and psychiatry:

A small amount gives a stimulant. A greater amount acts as a sedative.
A still larger amount acts as a poison and can kill one.

It's bad enough when it happens accidentally or naturally. Don't make it happen
prematurely with drugs or alcohol abuse. And if you are

away from street drugs.

Everyone likes a good time. Some enjoy alcohol, and that's fine
in moderation.
But "too much fun" comes with a price. Maybe it's a day out of your life as you sleep it off. Maybe it's your whole life, or that of another.

Most
important, stay away from psychiatry.
Psychiatry is bad
news. Here's how it works: a psychiatrist notices something, such
as "children sometimes argue with their mother." He takes it to
the psychiatric association and they vote on it. Enough "yes"
votes and they put it in their little book, the "Diagnostic and
Statistical Manual." Once it's in the book with a number assigned
to it, they can say "Johnny has Argumental Disorder" and sell him or
his mother some drugs. Drugs which are proven to cause suicidal
feelings, violent and even homicidal behavior, and other ills.
"People tell me they have ADD, ADHD, OCD,
Bipolar Disorder. These
are good people with real problems. But they've been swindled by
the psychiatrist, whose primary interest is the insurance money. Ask
your psychiatrist what causes "Bipolar Disorder." He won't
know. Ask him what cures it--he won't know that either. Oh, he'll tell you 'Chemical Imbalance,' but he can't tell you the proper brain chemistry and won't show you anything to prove someone is 'out of balance.'
"Would you trust your car to an auto mechanic who didn't know the cause
or cure of your engine problem? Don't waste your money or your
life--if someone tells you that you or your kid has ADD, ADHD, OCD or ABCDEFG, run--don't walk--out of
the office and email me. I will
